Slide NNZ derived and continues to operate in the Chicagoland area and it’s surroundings. Slide NNZ is a part of the new way of dining. Slide NNZ provides a casual, on the go dining experience, but not your usual experience. We offer you dining options via our food truck. Slide NNZ is not just a food truck, but a gourmet experience with the on the go convenience.

Our featured slider was created with our late, great mother. Our mother started her own business with “G’MA’s Barbecue Sauce.” Unfortunately she was unable to complete her dream of opening a restaurant prior to being called home to glory. We found it to be our responsibility to take her dream forward. The sauce will be one of our homemade sauces used to prepare an experience like no other.

Our sliders are made with the same love that our mother had for all her unique dishes including her delectable oyster cornbread dressing or her well known mouth watering oxtail stew.

Our mission is to offer a menu of gourmet sliders. Providing a casual, yet convenient, dining experience via our food truck.

BRANDI KING

Brandi King is a mother of 3 beautiful children.  Brandi  has a master degree which  allows her to work within the healthy industry for over 15 years, now.  She has been married (16+ years) but has opted to be a single mother and continue pursuing her dreams/vision.  For many years she has brought others dreams/visions alive why not hers.  Brandi has had many successful business ventures; Children’s Transit Services, Food for Youth, and Eagle’s Nest Christian Church.  

Brandi having 2 boys and a girl she had to be an excellent food preparer and cook (come on kids can be cruel).  Brandi’s mother, Sherrell Morgan, was known in Chicago for her well prepared dishes and homemade sauces.  It was only right for Brandi to keep the family tradition going.  Her family loves to socialize which inevitably includes eating and cooking “good” food.  Some of our favorite meals are cube steak w/mushroom and onion brown gravy,  Italian made spaghetti (which noodles and sauce never mix), Fried Chicken, breaded Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potatoes (not candied yams), and homemade rolls.  How can we  forget her mom’s ever famous Potato Salad and Tuna Salad.  Eating is a very important part of any event with my family.  Although her mom is no longer with us she counts it all joy to keep what her mom invested in her going.  Continuously praying she’s  making her mom and her children proud.
